  • Bucky The Badger Consignment. Struck in the year following World War II, this pair from Canada. First is 1946 50-cents, adequately struck and impressively toned with aqua-blue alongside the left edge of the silvery obverse against the concentrically toned reverse. Accompanying is 1946 dollar, nearly pristine silver-white and showing rather minimal abrading over the satin-bright surface. Two coin lot.

The cataloger has seen only one other example and the signatures here are distinctly stronger than expected. Keota National Bank issued only 657 sheets of third charter datebacks, only to go out of business three years later.
