Highly reflective fields and steeply struck devices are impossible to ignore when looking at this particular 1940 United States proof set. This set has been carefully transplanted into a Capital plastics holder and has remained there for quite some time. Each of the silver issues are bright and white while the Jefferson nickel and Lincoln cent offer very attractive toning patterns that are certainly era appropriate (ck).

Silver Dollar-Morgan
Conservatively graded is the overriding theme for this seven-coin lot of NGC certified Morgan silver dollars. Each of these are housed in early generation “fatty” style NGC holders and additionally they have all been graded as MS-64. Light traces of toning that clings to the peripheries of each issue makes one believe that these are truly original examples. Included in this lot is an 1880-S, 3x 1881-S, an 1882-S, an 1883-O, and an 1885-O (ck).
