Ga Ha Ha Consignment. HK-450, R.4 in bronze. Mintage figures are difficult to understand, even given the initial production of 3700 pieces, since it has long been rumored that hundreds were lost after having been disposed of in Manila Bay. For the enthusiast used to the way bronze reacts with environmental effects, this is one outstanding beauty is it unquestionably glows with olive-gold and brown aspects. Doctor Drew Collection. Sheldon-24 "apple cheek", a common die-marriage that always shows light die rust from the bottom of the neck into the date area. Cataloger's grade: [XF-40] takes into account the late die state V, for which a radial die crack crosses over "L" in LIBERTY. Marvelous Hershey-brown adorns the entire surface, yielding to only the slightest ashy texture on the high points, especially the highly rounded cheek evoked by the "apple cheek" nickname. Shallow detail at ENT on the reverse is characteristic of the die state and not due to circulation. Not known to many collectors is that Sheldon's father created the name for S-24.

I have to admit, this one won’t be everyone’s cup of tea but you will have to admit that it’s pretty darn cool! The center has a precious orangey marquise coral cabochon. There is a freeform, bezel set fossilized ammonite stone and the piece is completed with a elongated cabochon identified as rutilated quartz. None of the stones have indications of polymers or dyes, Stone Group Laboratories report #240827R-SJ. This piece has a pin on the back and also opens so it can be added to chain. Dimensions 4" x 1.5", 26.2 dwt.
