  • Benjamin J. Collection. Cataloger's grade: [AU-58]. The appearance is virtually every bit of Choice BU, including outstanding, full luster that runs uninterrupted through the fields, as well as razor-sharp details. Careful examination will find some subtle slidemarks on the cheek but on balance, this is a truly outstanding key dollar for the album collection aficionado.

  • Mastodon Collection. Overton-119a, R.3. The die state appears to fall just shy of the latest seen, with wavy clashmarks that connect the tops of the digits in the date, not to mention evidence of at least two very strong clash patterns on the obverse. There is no die crack on the reverse through "U" of UNUM. Although both sides are flatly struck, that is characteristic of the die-marriage yet both sides boast strong luster. A couple of small digs at the end of UNITED are notable.
