Lot #632 - Four toned Morgan dollars, all PCGS MS-65

Silver Dollar-Morgan
Variant displays of colorful toning engulf the surfaces of all four examples within this PCGS certified lot of Morgan Silver Dollars. Each of these are similarly graded as MS-65, but that is where the similarities end. Included in this lot is an 1879-S, an 1882-S, an 1884-O and an 1887. All of these are toned but in dramatically different fashions with very different color palates. Purples, reds, oranges, and blues are noticed throughout with the 1887 offering a very unique combination of plums and greens that is nearly impossible to ignore (ck).

Silver Dollar-Morgan
Lemonade Stand Collection. A pretty inverted arc of steely cobalt-blue and russet-orange toning sweeps through the date, balanced by pleasing platinum-tan coloration overall. Two small nicks near the very bottom of the cheek deny an even loftier grade, but the problem-free, vintage surface and excellent strike underscore expectations for the very-gem grade level.
