Vintage Hershey patina guarantees the appeal of this key date cent, and sharpness has not succumbed much to circulation on either side as bold details persist. Admittedly, the obverse sees a number of tiny abrasions, including a fair number that pepper Lincoln's coat, while the reverse shows hardly any evidence of wear at all.

Neither side can be called fully struck but prominently details are boldly sculpted and accented with smidges of olive-bronze toning. A carbon spot rests on the end of uppermost arrowhead on the reverse.
