  • Lot #724 - 1902 PCGS PR-60
  • Silver Dollar-Morgan
  • Seemingly a lot nicer at first glance than just PR-60, far fewer hairlines than expected shimmer across either side. Closer inspection detects light rub on the cheek, undoubtedly slide friction from album storage (or some similar situation). The coin is as bright as can be, showing no toning at all. Impeccably struck and showing essentially no contrast at all, as is typical for 20th century proof Morgan dollars.

  • Lot #283 - 1847 Hawaii 1C PCGS MS-62RB
  • Hammer: $1,700
  • Hawaii Issues-Hawaii Issues
  • A fully brown color designation might seem more appropriate to many viewers as only about 15% or so of the vintage mint red remains, but one cannot know whether the coin mellowed while stored within the slab. At any rate from a technical preservation standpoint, this one rises above many, if not most Hawaii cents given freedom from the corrosion that frequently visits these rare and desirable pieces. Well struck throughout and a coin that would be a welcome addition to any astute collection.

  • A gorgeous pendant made by Judith Ripka in 18K yellow gold featuring a dazzling 14x10mm oval lemon quartz with a halo of round brilliant diamonds weighing an estimated .50 cttw, SI clarity, I color including small heart detailing as well. The bale is also diamond encrusted and has a clasping bale so it can be worn on different size chains or as a slide on an omega chain. Dimensions 1.1” x .50”, 5.1 dwt.
