Included are: 1879-O (very good strike over exquisite, white fine-textured matte frost surfaces), 1897-S (astounding windmill energy on pure-white mint frost), and 1904 (another very good strike but the cheek disturbed by a number of tiny bagmarks). Silver Commemoratives-Silver Commemoratives Half-Dollars
Incredibly original as if just plucked out of its tissue-paper environment, both sides offer charming orange-grey and almond patina. The MS-64/65 fence for the Sesquicentennial is always dependent upon how many abrasions land on the cheek, and in this case, that marvelous patina helps to subdue a handful of tiny nicks. An absolutely marvelous example.
