Gold Dollars-Indian Princess Head, Large Head
On the left is the less dynamic example showing smooth, velvety luster and a very good strike. Stronger luster accented by frosted surface quality accentuates the example on the right, this one also very well defined and attractive. Minimal contact marks for this two coin lot.

Dimes-Liberty Seated
17 graded MS-67, 5 higher at PCGS. 1887 is one of several hoard dates within the Seated Liberty dime series that sees hundreds of UNC examples still in existence. That said, very few could possibly meet the almost-devastating level of quality witnessed here as a ridiculous amount of silver-bright mint luster compresses into the small fields on either side. The reverse maybe even grades a point higher but alas, several tiny intrusions into the obverse right field preclude perfection.

This 18K pocket watch has a beautiful movement marked “E.KOEN, GENEVE, No 77628”. Unfortunately, the chiming mechanism doesn't seem to work. On the inside lid it is engraved “Fr. Stanley Goodwin, Christmas 1891, H.R. EKEGREN GENEVA” and the outside back lid has a fancy monogram of “C.H.S.” Winds, sets and runs. 72.9 dwt.
