Half Dollars-Barber
Bravery Consignment. 4 graded PR-65 CAM, 18 higher at PCGS. An arresting gem proof, the surface displays a thin veneer of copper-gold that in no way diminishes obvious cameo contrast. Uncommon for later-date Barber proofs, the reverse shows no weakness whatsoever, not even at the juncture of the eagle's left (observed) wing. A few trivial hairlines sprint across the fields and play a minor role in the gem grade assessment.

The main focal point of the bangle is an approximate .50 ct. round cut diamond, I1 clarity, I-J color and four approximate .03 ct. bezel set accent diamonds. Dimensions 2.75” x 2.5”, 10.4 dwt.
