Silver Dollar-Morgan
Exceptionally lustrous as usual for 1883-S and showing a delicate breath of golden hue. Quality seems top-end for MS-61 as there are no major abrasions -- just delicate, wispy marks throughout from past bulk storage. Flax, maybe, but not a lot of protein.

Frosty features team together with endlessly spiraling luster to make each of these 1881-S Morgan silver dollars more than adequate for their assigned grade of MS-66. NGC has correctly grade each of these examples that offer incredibly clean cheeks and nearly unblemished fields. Even though they are all of the same numeric grade, one of these four examples offers the added benefit of proof-like surfaces that gives it an edge over the others (ck).

This 18K pocket watch has a beautiful movement marked “E.KOEN, GENEVE, No 77628”. Unfortunately, the chiming mechanism doesn't seem to work. On the inside lid it is engraved “Fr. Stanley Goodwin, Christmas 1891, H.R. EKEGREN GENEVA” and the outside back lid has a fancy monogram of “C.H.S.” Winds, sets and runs. 72.9 dwt.
