PCGS considers numismatic quality to reach perfection, and even the closest inspection can find no discernible reason to disagree. Silver Dollar-Draped Bust
Robert Michaels Collection. Bolender-1, BB-73 (R.3). Seemingly struck off of unusually late dies, clash marks show throughout each side and die cracks cross over "97" in the date. A softly charming lavender-grey coin, the design elements feature ample wear but all major details are boldly outlined and retain some internal definition. A small nick on the bust might be the only mentionable mark as the balance of the surface remains essentially free from noticeable marks.
