M. J. Shole Collection. A single submission to PCGS decades ago yielded choice 1924 double-eagles now offered as a single lot. In serial-number order are: first example blanketed in powdery greyish-golden hue and a very good strike; second example glowing with pristine vibrancy and an adequate array of minor bagmarks; and a third example also bathed in slightly hazy powder sheen.
