Lightly tanned surfaces give this uncut sheet of (12) 1928-G $2 Legal Tender notes a truly organic and original look. This particular series (EA Block) is rarely seen in uncut sheet form and is truly deserving of the Choice About UNC 58 grade given by PMG. Nice centering and a very minor tear are noted (ck).

Growth Collection. Obviously a choice high-relief dollar, excellent satin-laden vibrancy on both sides leads off the list of distinctions, followed closely by a strike that certainly exceeds expectations for 1921. The reverse, in particular, features nice delineation of the eagle's feathers while the obverse has only the central weakness always expected. Traces of bronze-grey can be found around portions of the devices.
