New to the census is this rare solid digit single off of St. Louis, showing lucky threes from left to right. Or right to left. Maybe sideways but most definitely inside-out. Borderline gem quality except for perhaps a slightly narrow bottom margin.

Growth Collection. There was a phase about ten years ago when MS-64 RB was considered "best" for the 1909-S VDB in terms of bang for the buck, and perhaps that holds true today. This example certainly seems on the verge of a red designation as either side gleams with 85% of the vintage brick-orange hue. Interestingly, this key cent was possibly struck off of a very slightly clipped planchet, since what appears to be a trio of tiny rim dings at first glance prove, upon closer inspection, to be almost certainly as-struck. An exceptionally detailed Lincoln cent with virtually no disturbances that would meaningfully preclude higher grade consideration.
