Included are: 1899 (steamy patina over gorgeous golden hue and enjoying a fantastic strike), and 1932 (the usual very good strike complemented by confident luster, although a few tiny greenish verdigris dots must be noted). Gold $2.50-Indian Head Quarter Eagle
At first glance, the quality seems much superior to MS-62, and even careful scrutiny will find only the most trivial abrasions, about the size of flea specks. MS-64 almost seems like a possibility until one discovers light hairlines erratically scattered within the fields, albeit they are clearly toned down by the attractive yellow-gold color. Almost fully struck and showing a nice, sharp "D" mintmark on the reverse.
