Copeland Society Consignment. Cataloger's grade: [MS-63]. A decent strike given the mint of origin; the reverse appears a little sharper than the obverse. Outstanding cartwheel effect energizes the choice eye-appeal, while technical aspiration is limited by a number of delicate abrasions on the cheek and a few additional sliding abrasions in the reverse fields.

Each of these are housed in early generation “fatty” style NGC holders and additionally they have all been graded as MS-64. Light traces of toning that clings to the peripheries of each issue makes one believe that these are truly original examples. Included in this lot is an 1880-S, 3x 1881-S, an 1882-S, an 1883-O, and an 1885-O (ck).
