All except the first and third stars received a nice, full blow from the dies, thus creating an accurately defined double-eagle off of Carson City. The reverse truly sits on the cusp of mint-state while the obverse overall displays evidence of friction in the left field, as well as atop several lower curls. A shimmering and attractive example of this popular issue.
