  • Lot #827 - 1839 No Drapery NGC MS-66
  • Dimes-Liberty Seated
  • Bravery Consignment. 16 graded MS-66, 21 higher at NGC. An astounding very-gem type coin, this no-drapery example displays incredibly bright white surfaces with abundant mint frost and blatant eye-appeal. The dies were both slightly cracked before striking the coin, yet they produced extremely sharp details throughout. Small splashes of coppery toning are evident, as is die rotation of about ten degrees or so.

  • Silver Dollar-Draped Bust
  • Robert Michaels Collection. Bolender-1, BB-73 (R.3). Seemingly struck off of unusually late dies, clash marks show throughout each side and die cracks cross over "97" in the date. A softly charming lavender-grey coin, the design elements feature ample wear but all major details are boldly outlined and retain some internal definition. A small nick on the bust might be the only mentionable mark as the balance of the surface remains essentially free from noticeable marks.

  • Lot #307 - Native American Unsigned Squash Blossom

  • Jewelry-Silver
  • Circa 1960/1970, this sterling silver (tested, not marked) and turquoise squash blossom necklace features 10 blossoms set between seamed beads and an 8-stone Naja at the bottom. The design of the piece is mostly original with a slight twist on modernism. The turquoise used in the making appears to be from the Cripple Creek mine. Condition is very nice for its age with a vintage patina to the metal. Unsigned piece so tribal affiliation is unknown. Length 28”, 5.78 troy ounces.
