  • Lot #606 - 1875-S Chop Mark PCGS MS-60
  • Hammer: $675
  • Silver Dollar-Trade Dollars
  • Annals At Phoenix Collection. Type I / I. The perfect grade for a chopmarked Trade dollar, MS-60 succinctly expresses shimmering white luster and a lack of actual wear upon the surface, although nobody could possibly miss a handful of Asian characters stamped into the obverse. The coin was struck with a reverse die showing extensive signs of failure, with multiple peripheral die cracks seen throughout.

  • Gold $2.50-Liberty Head Quarter Eagle
  • A pair of gems aim to please. On the left is a brighter dandelion-gold example with trivial contact marks in front of Liberty's forehead. The one on the right shows modest royal gold coloration as well as a few fleeting hairlines at the lower cheek. Two coin lot.
